TREKKING
The activity that usually the tourists have is trekking. Trekking does not only mean that you have to climb mountains, it is also a combination of hiking and walking activity. It means Trekking is making a journey/trip on foot. Tourists or those who are adventure seekers will surely enjoy trekking because you can see and pass by different sites. It is also good for your health.

There are alot of attractions and sites that you can visit in Mount Banahaw. Behind these attractions lie the different activities that you can do and you can engage to. One of these is MOUNTAINEERING. Mountaineering is a sport that combines climbing and hiking up mountains. Mount Banahaw is famous for its hikers who really invest their time and efforts just to see the peak or the summit of the famous Mount Banahaw. But today, hikers are not allowed to enter the mountain without the permission of the local tourism office or the lgu.

PILGRIMAGE
Filipinos are known to be very religious. They believe in miracles. And one of the miraculous places in the Philippines is Mount Banahaw. Mount Banahaw is said to be a mystical healing place and a holy mountain. Many believers of faith have proven that this mountain really has the power to heal. Some tourists often go and visit Mount Banahaw for pilgrimage - for they believe that what they do has a purpose. Pilgrims do this because it is a ritual journey because it is a sign of their importance to their faith. Mount Banahaw is the perfect example on how to show someone's faith.


SWIMMING
If you want to enjoy Mount Banahaw, here is one activity that you can try with your families or friends. You can try bathing and swimming in Mount Banahaw's water in Sta. Lucia Falls. This falls is said to be the healing water. So, take a dip and be healed physically, spiritually and emotionally. Just don't forget to wear proper clothing when you take a dip!
